Part time, flexible schedule.  PRN shifts available in small medical support home settings in Omaha and Bellevue.    Must be comfortable with tube feedings and trach care.  Experience in Med/Surg or Long Term Care is acceptable.  You would be eligible for work in other facilities that TMS offers as well should you have the right experience. 

Evening, and overnights are generally available.  Day shifts are available on some weekends.  You accept only the shifts that will work for you.

Survey Field Tech

An engineering, land planning, and land surveying firm with a solid reputation for its recognized clients, projects, and people, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Survey Field Technician in its Omaha, NE office.

Survey Field Technician Description:

  1. Adjust and operate surveying instruments such as prisms, theodolites, and electronic distance-measuring equipment.

  2. Perform calculations to determine earth curvature corrections, atmospheric impacts on measurements, traverse closures and adjustments, azimuths, level runs, and placement of markers.

  3. Record survey measurements and descriptive data using notes, drawings, sketches, and inked tracings.

  4. Search for section corners, property irons, and survey points.

  5. Position and hold the vertical rods, or targets, that theodolite operators use for sighting to measure angles, distances, and elevations.

Survey Field Technician Requirements:

  • Prefer candidate to possess an associate’s degree in a surveying program or have two years experience in land surveying with career path to include LSI and eventual PLS.

  • Proficient in using GPS and Robotic Total Station.

  • Experienced in boundary surveys and construction layout.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Ability to perform physical labor (i.e., strenuous walking, and lifting catch basin grates/manhole covers, hauling equipment) and physically maneuver around construction sites, including accessing excavations, trenches, structures and other disturbed areas.

  • Capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds.

  • Available to work overtime including Saturdays and Sundays, as needed.

  • Available to travel when required.


RN Hospitals- Omaha, NE

TMS Services, Inc. is looking for reliable and dedicated RN's.We are looking for nurses to work assignments in large hospital systems in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area. Current assignments require recent experience in either MED SURG, Stepdown, Critical Care, or Emergency Department, ICU.  One year recent experience in one of these specialties is a requirement.   These are flexible schedule positions where you work only the shifts that you are available!!  8, 12 and even 4 hour shifts are options.  Please call Lori or Andrea at TMS for details.

CNA - Omaha Area, Iowa Area

We are looking for CNA’s that are reliable, flexible, and hard working.  Choose from 12, 8, or even some 4 hour shifts.   Work Full or Part time and earn PTO.  Same day pay is available.  Insurance  available to staff working 30 hrs per week. 

Salary average range is $13.50-20.00per hour. 
Some areas available are: Long Term Care, Hospital, Psych, Developmental Disability, Rehab, and one to one’s.

Must have one year CNA experience in a facility (home care does not qualify).
CPR (BLS) required. Must be HealthCare provider.
Drug Screen and Background Checks conducted.
