Your responsibilities will include assisting with communications between departments, filing & handling of sensitive documents, interfacing with accounting department, inbound/outbound shipments, answering phones and interacting with visitors.

  • Highly articulate verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team;
  • Ability to receive and follow directions;
  • Microsoft Excel Skills;
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy;
  • 3+ years of administrative support/ office experience;
  • Strong knowledge of general office equipment including multi-line phones
  • Exceptional professionalism & interpersonal skills
  • Experience prioritizing in a very fast-paced environment
  • Strong math skills required, some light accounting experience preferred
  • High school diploma required, Associate degree in Business Administration strongly preferred
