We are seeking Recruiters to help expand our growing IT Division!!

Positions Available : 3
Salary : Base + Comm
Location : Omaha NE
Start : ASAP

Your knowledge of any and all types of technology will be very helpful.

We specialize in placing Programmers, Analysts, System Engineers, Network Administrators, Developers, DBA’s etc. across the U.S.

This position is Full Time, M-F, 8-5.

Typical Duties would include but not be limited to:

Sourcing & Screening candidates.

Conducting phone interviews.

Post and maintain positions on various internet job boards.

Qualify and negotiate salary with candidates

Act as liaison between candidates and clients

Input & maintain applicant information in database.

Follow up, check references, background checks etc.

Requirements:

The successful individual will be highly organized and meet the following:

Must have minimum 1 year experience recruiting and sourcing in the Technology field.
Must be able to multi-task i.e. manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously.
Able to assume responsibility for full life cycle: from recruitment to placement.
